About me

I work from a modern office based in Birstall, West Yorkshire. I can work in Polish or English.

My core model of delivering therapy is person-centred counselling. I incorporate different therapeutic methods to tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs:
 – Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy
 – Transactional Analysis
 – Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

I deliver couples therapy using the Gottman Method which includes a thorough assessment of the couple relationship and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory.

I believe that everyone is a unique and valuable individual with a capacity and potential for personal growth and positive change. I want to offer my clients the environment in which this growth and change can happen.
